Aisling Wallace Launches her New Jewellery Collection

Aisling Wallace, a jewellery designer based in Dublin, has recently launched her new jewellery collection, which is available to buy online in the RiseCreatives online studio.
According to Aisling, she creates “statement jewellery pieces that celebrate the quality of the materials used”. All Aisling’s silver pieces are completely handmade. The materials used are predominately made from sheet silver, silver wire and recycled 9ct gold. The cabochon stones used for her ring settings are ethically sourced and are fair trade. She sources her beads which include agate, quartz, amethyst among others from all over the world. For Aisling quality and design are hugely important as her jewellery is designed for “women of any age who are interested in statement pieces with lasting appeal.”
Aisling’s creative career had its origins in painting but five years ago she began making jewellery for herself. She then started to receive requests for her pieces from family and friends. Inspired by the success of her jewellery Aisling decided to return to the National College of Art and Design in Dublin where she completed a course in Metalwork and Jewellery Design. Since then her business has grown from strength to strength.
The inspiration for her jewellery comes from her journeys to India as well as the Irish landscape. According to Aisling, she is influenced by “good design in general, be it in architecture or fashion.” Her jewellery is currently available at RiseCreatives.ie, Mira Mira in Sandymount Dublin 4 and Nell Jewellery Castlebar. She also takes commissions, and clients are welcome to visit her studio in Dublin.
